423 Hoops is a collection of public high school coaches in the Northeast Tennessee & Southwest Virginia area that serve as volunteers to further promote basketball in our region.
This organization operates through transparent and democratic decision-making processes to maintain integrity. The structure allows representation from each included district through nomination from the head coaches of those districts.
Coaches are encouraged to use this platform to serve our players by providing information for player profiles, hosting open gym showcases, encouraging participation in our fall league, and attending our events.
